Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. We accept purchase orders
2. No C.O.D. orders
3. Minimum order $50.00
4. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars
5. Prices quoted are taxes and shipping extra
6. We do not have a preview policy.  If goods are purchased and found unsuitable, they may be returned within 20 days of invoice date for exchange only.  Product packaging must not be opened.
   You must contact our returns department before returning any merchandise.  A return authorization number must be obtained in order to return any merchandise.  If a return is made without a number, our returns department will not accept it and it will be sent back.
   All returns will be at customer expense.
   A restocking fee may be applied to your return.
7. Price Change Policy
   Because our vendors sometimes make significant price increases we must reserve the right to change prices without notice.  If there is a large increase, we will notify you before filling your order.  In the event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to charge at the correct price.  In such circumstances, we will notify you before completing the order to give you the option to cancel or accept the higher price.
